2 Simple tips for Exfoliating
Exfoliating or scrubbing is the term used to scrap off dead skin cell which also cleanse the pores that are clogged with dirt or any substances. Exfoliating is important for anti-aging.
The best way is do exfoliating twice per week.You may use a soft scrub or use the recommended items below.
After scrubbing/exfoliating remember to moisturise the skin.Pat dry your face. Apply a mild moisturizer or rose water+ glycerine mix.

Exfoliating Tip 1
Mix sufficient amount of chick pea flour (1 table spoon),rice flour (1/2 table spoon) and fresh tomato juice.Massage on face and leave it for 10mins,Rub it and wash off afterwards.
Exfoliating Tip 2
Add red lentils aka masoor dal powder (about 2 table spoon) and a pinch of turmeric powder to a bowl. Mix it well with 2 table spoons of yogurt.Apply it on face for 3 mins, scrub gently and wash with warm water.
